When your pets come to stay with us, we want to make sure that they are as comfortable as possible. Hamsters should be bought in their own accommodation, which they are used to. All our other guests have their own pen (accommodation) unless they are bonded and share their accommodation.

The accommodation is cleaned on a regular basis and litter trays, food and water bowls cleaned daily (sometimes twice daily)  with  Keep it Clean spray (see Health & Hygiene page for more info) and thoroughly disinfected after each occupant has vacated with Virkon (please see our Health & Hygiene page for more info) and sprayed with Johnsons hutch spray.
We also provide litter trays, bowls, bottles, fresh veggies & hay as per your instruction. Plus lots of cuddles and strokes everyday from my husband and I.

Depending upon temperatures of the indoor pens, we can provide fans, air conditioning and radiators in the winter.
